How Locazar handles your information, in plain language.
Your phone number, and the name and email you choose to add — used to identify you to shops you enquire with.
The browse location you select (or allow us to detect). It is stored in your browser and sent with searches so listings can be ranked by distance.
Your enquiries: the product, quantity, and the prices exchanged with a shop.
To show shops and products near you, and to pass an enquiry to the shop you chose — including the details that shop needs to reply.
We do not sell your data, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Location access is optional. If you decline, you can still browse by choosing a city or entering a pincode.
Your chosen location lives in your browser's local storage and is cleared when you clear site data.
You can browse without signing in. To do that the app holds an anonymous guest session, which identifies the app rather than you.
Signing in is required only to start an enquiry, so the shop has a way to reach you.
You can edit or remove your profile details at any time from Settings.

Locazar connects customers with independent local shops. Prices, availability, quality and fulfilment are the responsibility of the shop you deal with.
An accepted price in an enquiry is an agreement between you and that shop.
