1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Locazar website and apps (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Locazar is

Locazar helps you discover independent local shops and service providers near you, see what they list, ask them for a price and negotiate with them directly.

Locazar is not a seller and does not take online orders, accept payments for products, or deliver. Every purchase happens between you and the shop, in person at the shop.

3. Your account

You can browse without an account. To ask a shop for a price you sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).

Keep access to your phone secure; activity from your signed-in account is treated as yours. Give accurate details so shops can reach you.

4. Prices, enquiries and negotiation

Listings, prices, stock and opening hours are provided by the shops. Locazar does not guarantee they are accurate or current.

When you and a shop agree a price in an enquiry, that is an arrangement between you and the shop. Check the product at the shop before you pay. Payment, receipts, warranty, returns and refunds are handled by the shop under its own policies and applicable law.

5. Verified shops, reviews and sponsored content

A "Verified" badge means the shop passed Locazar's checks at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee of the shop's products or service.

Some listings, banners and posts are promoted by shops and are labelled as sponsored or as an advertisement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no false enquiries or spam, no harassment of shop owners or other users, no attempts to scrape, overload or break the Service, and no use that breaks the law.

We may limit or suspend access for anyone who misuses the Service.

7. Content and trademarks

The Locazar name, logo and design belong to Locazar. Shop names, photos and descriptions belong to the shops that provide them.

If you believe something on the Service infringes your rights or is incorrect, contact us and we will review it.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service running and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors.

To the extent the law allows, Locazar is not liable for products or services bought from shops, for a shop's conduct, or for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
